The NCC Hall has 20 tables with seating for 120. There is a room designated for the bar and a separate area for the kitchen. If there is liquor available at any of the gatherings listed below a LGA Liquor Permit is mandatory and a NCC Designated Member must be in attendance. The LGA (Liquor & Gaming Association) will issue a rush LGA Liquor Permit for a funeral.

When the hall is rented out and there is liquor on the premises the renter and the person(s) that applied for and signed the liquor permit are responsible to see that all intoxicated patrons get home safely.
All renters must leave the deposit of a $150 cheque plus a separate cash hall rental payment in full when picking up the key for the hall. The deposit cheque is required in case of infractions to the Liquor Control Act, Manitoba Regulations, damages, missing inventory or if the hall has not been cleaned. This cheque will be returned if there are no infractions to the Liquor Control Act, Manitoba Regulations and when the NCC is inspected and if there are no damages, the inventory is correct and the hall has been cleaned. Any infractions of the Liquor Control Act, Manitoba Regulations, or this agreementwill result in the loss of your damage deposit. If there are excessive damages that exceed the $150 damage deposit the renter would be charged accordingly. The hall must be cleaned by 10:00 am the following day and the key returned at this time, unless other arrangements have been made.
The renter is responsible for obtaining the liquor permit, cleaning the hall during the event to ensure it is safe and after the event, the cost of replacing missing inventory and any cost repairs required from damages to the hall or the NCC property.
The renter must be a member of the NCC for one full year before receiving membership prices for the rental of the hall.
The renter must be a member of the NCC for two full years before they can borrow the stored tables and chairs. The tables and chairs that are set up in the hall are not to be removed.
The renter is responsible for reading and complying with the applicable Acts and requirements in the NCC Events and Reporting Reference Binder.
The renter is responsible for providing their own phone communication for their event.
